The bids tendering to undertake the urbanisation works of Phase A of the Zorrotzaurre project have been submitted

A total of nine bids have been submitted in the tender called by the Contracting Board of Zorrotzaurre Execution Unit 1 to undertake the urbanisation works of Phase A of the Zorrotzaurre project. The bid presentation deadline expired on Wednesday and the baseline tender budget was 13,020,209 euros (ex. VAT). Of the nine bids submitted, seven have been presented as temporary corporate alliances (UTE, after their initials in Spanish), involving a total of 17 companies.

Likewise, nine bids have been submitted to the other tender called by the Tender Board for management of the aforementioned Phase A urbanisation works. The deadline for presenting bids in this tender process expired on Thursday; the baseline budget for this tender was 240,000 euros (ex. VAT).

The area to be urbanised is on the right bank of Deusto canal, running Elorrieta to Ballets Olaeta street, where urbanisation is currently ongoing.
